PilelineGUI handles six different types of data.

Pileup Data


Which represents any Pileup file (ie.: .pileup or .pileup.bgz). You can load these files with the Load Data toolbar operation. Everytime a new Pileup data is accesible, it can be inspected with the GP file viewer.

VCF Data


Which represents a Variant Call File. You can load these files with the Load Data toolbar operation. Everytime a new VCF data is accesible, it can be inspected with the GP file viewer.

BED Data


Which represents a BED File. You can load these files with the Load Data toolbar operation. Everytime a new BED data is accesible, it can be inspected with the GP file viewer.

GFF Data


Which represents a GFF (General Feature Format) file. You can load these files with the Load Data toolbar operation. Everytime a new GFF data is accesible, it can be inspected with the GP file viewer.

GP Data


Which represents a generic GP (e.g.: bed, gff, etc.).You can load these files with the Load Data toolbar operation. Everytime a new GP data is accesible, it can be inspected with the GP file viewer.

Genome


Able to represent a genome index (i.e.: .fai, .genindex ). You can load these files with the Load Genome toolbar operation.Everytime a new Genome data is accesible, it can be inspected with the Genome browser.
